Alzheimer Europe is collaborating with the European project ADDITION (Alzheimer’s disease data-driven insights on individual outcomes of importance). As part of their work they have launched a survey for people with dementia and carers. The aim of the survey is to understand which information about the progression of the symptoms of dementia is important to people affected by the condition.
We would be extremely grateful if you could complete the survey in the link below. The survey is only available in English. Both people with dementia and carers are welcomed to complete it. They estimate that it may take around 30 minutes to complete the survey.
